Australia: Orders are dispatched at the start and middle of each month via Australia Post. Once shipped, you should receive your order within seven business days, though deliveries around Christmas, New Year, and public holidays may take a little longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If your order contains multiple packages, they may not all arrive at the same time.
If you'd prefer to use a different carrier, get in touch at bearandbirdwines@gmail.com and we can provide the weight of your order so you can arrange your own shipping. Different fees and delivery times will apply.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty we'll sort it out. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll let you know the returns process. Refunds are processed once the product has been returned to us in its original packaging — we'll notify you by email when that happens. Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays don't constitute grounds for a refund.
