Australia: Standard delivery: Orders will be dispatched at the start and middle of each month. Orders should be received within seven business days of shipping. Orders containing multiple packages may not arrive at the same time. Shipping and handling prices are subject to change.
Shipping is managed through Australia Post and is based on shipping destination and a combination of weight of all products in your order.
Deliveries may be longer than usual through the Christmas and New Years period and other public holidays. If it is the customers preference to use a different carrier for dispatch. Please note different fees and delivery times will apply depending on the independent company. Please contact bearandbirdwines@gmail.com for a weight of your order if you wish to use a different carrier. You can then contact the carrier independantly to organise transportation of your order.
Sorry no refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If the product you recieve is damaged or faulty you may redeem a refund. A refund will not be processed until the product is returned and received in its original packaging. We will notify you by email as soon as this occurs. If your item takes longer than the described time to arrive it is not grounds for a refund. If the product is not deemed to be faulty you will not be reimbursed for the postage and or items.
